[INUG-Users] ITNM V3.8 Agent specific timeout value

I should have read the whole email - Gregs right, thats a timeout
associated with the '-latency' parameter.  In CtrlServices.xxxx.cfg, change
60000 to 100000

This is the log I'm talking about. As you can see under Agent Specific Info
there is a Timeout value. I thought this was an agent specific timeout.
