[INUG-Users] Audible alert

Anyone have or know of any nifty solutions to have alerts trigger an 
audible alarm where the event list user are?
Although our command center is adjacent to the data center, I doubt  I'd 
be allowed to run a speaker wire from the object server.
I did that way back in an old data center and had an automation run a 
script that ran 'audioplay'.
I suggested putting a pager in the area, but that didn't go over well.
