Srinivas,

Did you use the TCR (BIRT) Report designer that came with TBSM v4.2?

(this is a download via the charting portlet).

I'm not sure I follow what you want to do re: integrate BIRT and TBSM?

BIRT (TCR) comes out of the box with TBSM v4.2 when you install the
Historical Reporting component (advanced install). All the charts you see in
TBSM v4.2 (events, etc.) are all TCR (BIRT) charts. The report designer
from TBSM v4.2 is all you need to design the report/chart.

Then upload it to TBSM via the charting portlet. Assuming you have all of
the ODBC/JDBC drivers in place within TBSM, all will then render just as you
designed in the the report designer.

You can also create TBSM Charts which allow easy mapping of events, metrics,
etc. via data fetchers into simple TCR (BIRT) bar, line and pie
charts. Otherwise,
you can use the ITM integration and embed ITM charts into a TBSM TIP
portlet.

Let me know if you need specific help!

Doug
