Hi,

We are having Omnibus 7.2.0 talking to Remedy ARS Version 7.1 through the Remedy gateway. Please find below the versions of the Objectserver and Gateway commands.

The problem is the performance where it is taking 5 seconds to generate one ticket in Remedy. I have attached the gateway configuration file for your reference.

 

Please tell us what more needs to be done in-order to tune the performance. We strongly suspect this is caused due to a single-thread operation rather than gateway creating multiple-threads simulating multiple user login to perform the same operation.

 

The server on which we have installed omnibus and gateway is as follows:
uname -a
SunOS ruh-puap-cic01b 5.10 Generic_137111-03 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V490

 

Is this something normal, Gateway taking 5 seconds to generate ticket?

 

Please advise.
