[INUG-Users] HTTP Status 403 - Webtop 2.1

Ok, I installed webtop on port 9080. I can login to NGF but when I try to login webtop I get the error.

Webtop defaults to port 8080. If you already have an application using  
that port, you need to change one of the two. They can not share the  
same port.
