Yes, and yes.

Mib Browser and Mib Compiler is in the PVM tool.

You can also find the mibs in $DM_HOME/mibs...at least I think that's the right directory.

Is there a way of seeing MIBs in the PVM GUI, or is there a tool at
the command prompt where I can dump a list of all the installed MIBs -
NAMES only - to capture in a file
