[INUG-Users] Reporter breaks HTML table in the report at about 30th row

Hello, Stuart.

I saw these properties. And I set "all on one page" and "0 = max detail 
rows".
And It splits data still. Setting it to exact huge number - 2.5 million, 
as Brad said, forces it to use one table as desired.
Is it a bug or feature? :)
