[INUG-Users] Webtop 1.3 tools not getting displayed apart from the default tools

 did you make sure those tools are added to the alerts menu?

   to the tools menu, i have tried giving everyone (*) as acl for these
   tools, still it doesn't help..can anyone help me out of this??
