[INUG-Users] Formula editor Read only

There is probably a lock on the formula editor.  Open the datamart status tool to verify, and if it is, you should be able to click on the remove locks button to clear it out.

It's probably locked because of: 
A) Someone has the formula editor opened 
B) Someone had it opened and closed it ungracefully
C) Gremlins

Hello all,

         While accessing the Formula editor through pvm  , it is showing 
error msg "Formula Editor (ReadOnly)".  i am unable to edit any formula, i 
check the permissions of the user , its having read write access, still it 
is showing as read only.is any one have idea , why it is so, please check 
and help me to resolve this one
