Hello,
When running any standard SQL tool (ownership, acknowledge,
prioritize) I get this error:

Failed to execute tool.
Possible reasons are:
1. You don't have permission to modify the selected events.
2. The tool contains errors.
3. The event list configuration has been modified by then
administrator.
4. The server is in failover.

In my Java console I see the following:
ERROR: [ ToolExecutor.run() ] SQL tool execution failed!

Webtop and omnibus logs are clear, I see nothing wrong there.
Permissions for user is set to gui foundation read/write and user
exist in omnibus (group normal) with external auth and menu with its
tools available.

However if I set Security_ID "customize" to the user he gets full
access to menu and tools, he can run any standard utility but I can’t
customize menu for this user, cannot restrict his access to
acknowledge or prioritize for example.
