OK Axay,
Why do you need all of the Raw data?? From what I've been told, Clarity does it out of the box already.? No need to rules or anything. Can you not just plug it in and it works?
I find Clarity to be in a market where NGOSS and eTOM projects have milked budget for years and years and need something deployed that is supposed to fit form and function to the TMF "Standards".? (Kinda like the designers didn't know how to implement...) However, each "function" in the framework may only fit 80% AT BEST (WE know that with HUGE Frameworks, the actuality is closer to 40-50%) . When you do a best of breed approach, you chose those elements that get you as close to the 100% mark as you can get and work to integrate things together.

hello all,
we are in the process of migrating from netcool to Clarity alarm
management .for that we require raw alarm data from each probe
installe din netcool.. we are persently having alcatel, mttarpd ,
infinera,ciena probes installed in our netcool setup.the probelme is i
am not able to generate raw capture files for these probes except the
mttrapd probe.
i have tried running the probes using the -raw command line option,
also i have tried making changes in the props files of each probe,
that is enable raw capture to 1,also the path for raw capture files is
set corectly.. still no raw capture files get generated..
Am i missing something.. can anyone please help??
