[INUG-Users] Cannot install nonnative-scripts

It would appear the patch nco_p_nonnative_scripts_4 has been superceded by
the patch probe-nonnative-base-1_0, which you probably already have
installed. Obviously a nco_patch -print will show you if you have that patch
installed.

Presumably you're trying to install the patch as a pre-requisite for
something else (probe etc), so if you can verify you have the
probe-nonnative-base-1_0 patch then just try to install the probe and it
should work
