[INUG-Users] AIX is not able to sending syslog alert to CIB Netcool on Windows 2003

It's time to hire a new AIX team. Sending a syslog message is sending  
a syslog message, it doesn't matter if it's to windows, Linux, AIX,  
HP-PUX or Debian. As long as you have a listening syslog service on  
the Windows box, the "AIX Team" shouldn't care.
