[INUG-Users] connect to ncsm database

Hi,

does anyone know how to use jdbc client to connect to NCSM
database(Hypersonic SQL1.7.x)?
I use ncsm302006may23.jar as the driver, which shipped with NCSMv1.3

I tried, but always failed with "Socket Creation Error", I doubt there is
some access control or other trick there?
