[INUG-Users] Alter db question (trigger groups)

Does anyone know the syntax such that I could alter
system table catalog.triggers_groups ?

I wish to set IsEnabled for a specific trigger group
using nco_sql.

I tried some things, but didn't guess right and looked
at the manual.
