The command that you use to start the gateway under pa (in nco_pa.conf)
is essentially the same command you use on the command line (just
without the pa options at the end). You just need to ensure that both
ObjectServers are available or the gateway will fail.

Without wanting to sound harsh Akshay, this is pretty basic stuff. It
really sounds like you would benefit from either formal training or from
sitting down and reading the online documentation. Unless you grasp the
fundamentals you are going to struggle to support this stuff.
