[INUG-Users] Generic Clear Automation

To All:

Our generic clear automation (which is the default) seems to be working 
most of the times, but there are a few times when the link down/link up 
alerts are maybe 2 seconds apart and they are not correlated correctly - 
i.e. the link up goes from Sev 1 to Sev 0 and cleared, but the link down 
still stays.  Has anyone else seen this behavior and if so, what was the 
fix?
