They do not exist.
 
I was told there is an enhancement request open ... that was a few
months ago.
 
You will have to write them yourself.

Thanks for the response Don and Victor. I downloaded the latest NKL i
could find in the passport...i am looking specifically a rules file
compatible with SSM 4.0, but didnt find any SSM rules in the download.

	The GAT version I would think is the old NcIL - Netcool Include
Library. 
	
	NcKL which was taken on from the NcIL idea is a supported
library and is available with the mttrapd and syslog probe downloads.
Updates are released regularly.
